Mr. Andy Patrichuk is a proven executive leader with over 25 years of experience in operation, program and executive management. He has led complex, mission critical programs which were geographically dispersed and schedule driven. As a result of his focus on strong financial and program performance, as well as his commitment to creating collaborative work environments, Mr. Patrichuk makes immeasurable contributions to Deep Water Point clients.
Prior to joining Deep Water Point, Mr. Patrichuk was an integral senior level executive at Lockheed Martin. Initially as operations director, Mr. Patrichuk successfully deployed the Display System Replacement Program (DSR) to the twenty en route air traffic control centers ahead of schedule, earning a $10M incentive payment for the company. He and his team then went on to achieve similar success on the New En Route Center (NERC) program for the UK National Air Transportation Service, turning around a significantly delinquent program.
As vice president of the TSA Strategic Airport Security Rollout program, he led the capture of this $500M program. His team ultimately deployed all 429 airports, on time and under budget. For this accomplishment, he and his team were personally recognized by the Deputy Secretary for the Department of Transportation and the Transportation Security Administrator.
Mr. Patrichuk has led organizations responsible for the capture of several significant programs including the Geostationary Communication and Control Segment Program for the FAA, The NARA Electronic Records Archive Program and the Decennial Response Integration System for the US Census Bureau. His organization was selected four times for Lockheed Martin’s IT NOVA Award, recognizing excellence in performance. Most recently as operations vice president of Enterprise IT & Data Solutions, he was responsible for P&L, meeting customers’ requirements and generating new business growth for a $1B enterprise IT and information management line of business. Here, he built a dedicated performance team of over 2,000 employees and met cost and schedule objectives on all programs for customers including: DHS headquarters, TSA, HUD, NASA, JPL, NARA, SSA, HHS, GSA and the UK Office for National Statistics and Statistics Canada.
Mr. Patrichuk holds a BA in psychology and sociology from SUNY Stony Brook, completed coursework for an MBA in Finance from Adelphi University and completed senior executive financial coursework at the Harvard Business School.
