Served as VA’s Chief FOIA Officer and Chief Privacy Officer, and managed the Directives Management, Privacy Act, Computer Matching, Systems of Records, and Government Paperwork Reduction Act programs. Led VA’s efforts to eliminate privacy weaknesses, and develop and implement VA’s E-Discovery processes.
Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for E-Government, Department of Veterans Affairs.
Provided management and leadership for VA’s Departmental Records Management programs, Privacy programs, and Intranet and Internet presence. Served as VA’s Chief FOIA Officer, and managed the Directives Management, Privacy Act, Computer Matching, Systems of Records, and Government Paperwork Reduction Act programs.
Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for IT Operations, Department of Veterans Affairs.
Provided management and leadership for Department-wide IT operations resources, networks, systems and services that support the Department of Veterans Affairs. Operational responsibilities included, but not limited to, telecommunications modernization program, telecommunications network services including gateways and Virtual Private Network (VPN), and radio frequency allocation and communications security (COMSEC) management.
