Deputy Division Manager, SAIC, responsible for successfully planning, organizing, directing and tracking all aspects of a business base that encompasses a $70M broad-based IT services and program management support services for the Department of Homeland Security. Managed a staff of more than 300+ technical professionals, either directly or indirectly.
Senior Associate, Booz, Allen, Hamilton, responsible for managing and delivering IT services including Policy Development, Enterprise Architecture, Capital Planning, Information Assurance, IV&V, and SETA for the Intelligence Systems business line. Responsible for developing the IT Business Marketing Plan for the Intelligence Community service offerings.
Senior Government Executive, Department of Energy, who, during his tenure at the Department, was responsible managing the DOE-wide IT Capital Planning and Investment Control process, managing and developing the first Department-wide Enterprise Architecture, providing leadership in the management of the DOE-wide IT Security program, and developing and managing the DOE Year 2000 program.
Personal
Graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and has degree in Computer Science from the Army Institute of Administration and Sciences and Lansing University College in Michigan. He is also a graduate of NSA National Senior Cryptology Course and is retired from the Army National Guard. He has received numerous government awards and was a GCN award winner.
