Mr. Paul Garver is a proven industry executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the product based technology market. Over the course of his tenure, he has significantly contributed to the achievements of his employers and clients through creating and implementing complete and mature business models and tactical approaches to significantly grow the business. Accomplishments

Prior to joining Deep Water Point, Mr. Garver served as president and CEO of Quest Software Public Sector Inc. There, he was responsible for the Public Sector Group which covered the U.S. federal government, state and local governments, and higher education in all 50 states. In this role, Mr. Garver oversaw all operations including sales, marketing, administration, business development, channels and alliances, public relations, messaging, TS facility clearance and FSO functions, pre-sales technical and professional services systems consulting. As a result of his efforts, revenue grew from $1M to $125M over an eleven year period with a 22% attach rate of professional services to license sales.  
Other career highlights include sales and marketing management positions focused on the government marketplace with companies including Information Builders, Attachmate Corporation and IBM.

Personal

Mr. Garver holds a BA in economics from the University of Maryland and is an active member of industry and government professional IT associations including GITEC, USO - Metro, AFCEA and TechAmerica. In 2005, he was named one of Federal Computer Week's Federal 100 winners and is the recipient of IPIC's 2001, 2002 and 2005 President's Award for Superior Support and Contribution. Mr. Garver is a board member of USO-Metro and is on the Executive Committee.  He has also served as chairman of the AFCEA/DC USO Metro Golf Tournament from 2007 – 2010 and was chairman of a major committee for the US Open Championship held at Congressional Country Club in 2011.
