Accomplishments
As senior vice president of corporate and business development for Vangent (formerly Pearson Government Solutions), Mr. Wesbecher was responsible for developing long term growth strategies, optimizing resource allocation and assisting with bid and win opportunities. Additionally, he managed the account planning and investment allocation process to ensure that major investments were aligned with the corporate growth strategies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wesbecher served as vice president for Wang Government Service’s Civilian Agency Business Development. There, he recruited and trained a business development staff that was focused on information technology infrastructure management outsourcing opportunities.
At Condor Technology Solutions, Mr. Wesbecher was the vice president of marketing and sales where he oversaw the budget and line responsibility for his staff. His team covered the full sales cycle including marketing, proposal development and pricing. In this position, Mr. Wesbecher also participated in focusing and integrating several divisions while determining overhead, G&A structure and building a sales staff. In addition, he developed and rolled out infrastructures which increased his sales staff’s productivity.

Mr. Wesbecher holds a BS in business management from the University of Dayton, Ohio.
