Ms. Christina Seiden is a senior business development and strategic planning professional responsible for creating and leading the execution of innovative growth initiatives for large technology and management consulting firms. She has spent the past 17 years serving federal, state and local government clients. Her expertise spans various stages of the business growth lifecycle including business strategy formulation, core and adjacent market assessment, pipeline optimization and opportunity analysis, capture strategy, team development and performance management. She is recognized for building consensus across executives, stakeholders, and team members to deliver mission-critical improvements. Accomplishments
Ms. Seiden was most recently senior director for Business Development at GTSI Corp where she created and documented a comprehensive plan for transforming the strategic direction of the company. She also led the business development and capture teams to support their transformation with an annual revenue target of over $1 billion. Key pursuits spanned the federal market including NIH CIO-SP3, DHS EAGLE II, VA T-4, FBI IT Triple S and Army PEO-EIS BAT.
Prior to joining GTSI, Ms. Seiden held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility with systems integrator and management consulting firms including Raytheon Technical Services Company, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP and Unisys Corporation. These firms provide services and solutions to government and commercial clients. She has specific subject matter knowledge dealing with homeland security, justice and public safety and financial crimes matters.

Ms. Seiden holds a BA with a dual major in legal studies and business administration from William Woods College in Fulton, Missouri.
