Mr. Anthony Insolia is the Deep Water Point principal responsible for the New York City market with over 25 years in the IT business. He has specialized in business transformation and optimization in both the public and private sectors. In various stages of his career, Mr. Insolia has been involved in three business transformation efforts including IBM, the Department of Defense and NYC. In all three transformation efforts, Mr. Insolia applied proven techniques in the optimization of governments and businesses to introduce new business models and technologies, and to reduce operating expenses. This enabled investments in programs that directly benefitted the public and corporate business lines that generate revenue and profit.
Accomplishments
Mr. Insolia is adept in the application of business transformation and management systems like the ones applied at IBM and the Department of Defense and the underlying tools including enterprise architect framework and methods. He is an expert in all forms of architecture including business, data, systems and network architecture. Mr. Insolia has applied his knowledge of architecture frameworks to enable investment planning, informed decision making, risk reduction, supplier and capability maturity management and contract management.
Mr. Insolia has a broad view of both public and private enterprises. As a consultant supporting the Department of Defense, he defined and executed the enterprise architecture and portfolio management processes leading to the development of product independent technology and capability roadmaps and portfolio recommendations. He has also worked as a senior technical staff member in the IBM Business Transformation and CIO organization in a similar capacity.

Mr. Insolia holds a BS double major in mathematics and philosophy with a minor in physics from Manhattan College.
